How to know if you have a Virus?
  • Computer becomes unresponsive while you aren't running anything;
  • Network is very busy even doing no network activities - virus tries to spread;
  • Popups, unexpected messages or errors arrives, or even some new antivirus software shows up;
  • Hard drive is busy when computer still and/or drive free space decreases very fast;
  • Computer freezes or crashes repeatedly;

If you have these or similar symptoms - your computer might be infected with viruses or spywares. Though you have antivirus software installed there's never 100% that you are safe. Firstly threats originates, spreads around, then antivirus developers find out about them and releases new database updates.

What to do if you have a virus?

off course we aren't able to teach you how to remove threats. It's long and complicated work, especially nowadays, when viruses are more and more aggressive, hides them self in many different places, ways and often modifies system that it malfunctions. Anyway we will give you few advices which can really help you, and here they are:

one of the main thing is to try to find out where did that virus came from. It can be email, new program, link on the network, file received through Skype or other chat program, Internet site, external media (hard drive, flash, diskette or CD). It's important to know where did virus came from or you might get it again.

If you think you got the virus, don't run any programs until virus is completely removed or it can infect other files. Don't open any documents. Shutdown your computer and call us for help.
